Happy New Year

Happy New Year! I'm very tired, but I wanted to record some things. Both arms hurt quite a bit today, especially the right hand. Both Ankes are sore. R big toe was a bit swollen. And it feels like I have a light sunburn all over my skin. I'm not sure if this is caused by drinking so much (like...4 standard drinks..maybe) or because I slept in the hotel bed? Maybe the detergent they use made my skin angry? Anyway, tomorrow i'm going to start the elimination diet. We'll see how it goes, eh?
